The energy of the concert was further enhanced by the Dzīpari youth dance group from Ogre State Gymnasium and the mixed choir Grīva from Ogre Cultural Center.
Several songs from the new album have already won the hearts of listeners, including "Dziļumā", "Krustiem un līkumiem", "Zemes dziesma", and duets like "Dzīparos" with Ivo Grīsniņš-Grīslis and "Baltu dzīvi nodzīvot", the winning song of "Muzikālā Banka 2024", performed with the band Jumprava. The new album is now available on all music streaming platforms.
Reflecting on the concert, Antra Stafecka shared: "I am incredibly happy, deeply moved, and still trying to grasp everything that happened. The folk song has united us both. Everything is expressed so clearly and simply in just a few lines. But if you listen closely, you can dive into the universe of emotions. So many hidden codes lie within it—ones we can only feel and understand. We have drawn much inspiration from the folk songs created by our ancestors and great writers to craft our own verses and stories."
Ingars Viļums adds: "Thinking, speaking, and now writing about the fundamental values of life has become a part of my daily routine. I believe that in the deepest corners of our minds, everyone has had a moment that made them reflect on life, its course, its meaning, and its purpose. And with the help of wisdom and intuition, a person begins to follow their own path of truth. It doesn’t take long or require wandering to realize the true values of this journey. Our ancestors have described them long ago and passed them down through generations. It’s just about finding the right moment in this ‘modern’ world to listen to the unchanging truth of life."
