Edvards about the song: “I’ve long wanted to write a song that combines two seemingly incompatible genres – country and hip-hop. This song incorporates three classic themes of country music – whiskey, cowboys, and girls. The only thing left was to add hip-hop elements, which Artūrs Mitenbergs, aka Artūrs M, brilliantly executed.”

Edvards' first solo concert “To Tukums for Beauty” will take place on April 25 this year in Tukums. The concert will feature Edvards' biggest hits from the album “Rural Life’s Peaceful Haven,” which won the “Golden Microphone” award in the “Best Country Music Album” category. In Tukums, you will hear hits such as “Song About Kurzeme,” “Quiet Lake,” “Sister, Come With Me,” the songs “Amber Beads” and “When You Want More” created in collaboration with Guntars Račs, as well as “Kīvitė,” specially written for Edvards by the Maestro.

New songs from the upcoming album, such as “My Old Audi,” “Cowboy Song,” “Tractor,” and, of course, the TikTok mega-hit “To Tukums for Beauty,” will also be performed. Edvards will be accompanied by an instrumental band, with special guests expected.
