“This song was born very late at night when I felt that Miera iela needed a continuation. I wanted to express how I feel now about what I once shared in Miera iela — how almost everything has changed, yet some things remain the same. Like the tram that has passed by the same place for years. Everything related to Miera iela has been very special to me, and now it’s time to close that chapter and begin something new.”

“Most of these songs were written at the piano — that’s where I feel most authentic. I want these songs to feel like a warm embrace — something that moves you, makes you dance, fall in love, and long for something. Love is definitely the central theme of the album, as always,” laughs Elizabete.
