Singer KATŌ Presents Her New Song “Portāls” to Listeners

Latvian pop artist KATŌ returns with a new single, “Portāls”, which conveys that letting go of the past is the first step toward inner freedom. The title of the song serves as a metaphor for this process.

Electronically synthesized elements and melodic rhythms blend into a unified flow, creating an energetic yet dreamy atmosphere that enhances the message of the song.

“The song is an introspective story about embracing change and the strength that comes from inner transformation. Stepping into the unknown is always a little scary, as the outcome is usually unpredictable, but it’s a way to get to know yourself more deeply and move forward. We must learn to trust the process, because change is inevitable. In the end, it’s the unpredictability that makes life truly interesting,” says the artist.
