Band Kautkaili Announces Electroacoustic Tour “Kur klusums zied” (Where Silence Blooms)

After two sold-out concerts in Riga at the “Palladium” concert hall, the band “Kautkaili” will embark on their first Latvian tour this autumn, offering a special electroacoustic sound format.

The electroacoustic tour “Where Silence Blooms” will stop on September 13 in Talsi, September 20 in Rēzekne, September 26 in Bauska, September 27 in Kuldīga, October 3 in Ogre, October 4 in Ādaži, October 10 in Saldus, October 11 in Liepāja, October 23 in Valmiera, November 15 in Ulbroka, November 17 in Pļaviņas, and November 27 in Madona.

With this concert program, Kautkaili moves closer to the people, to places where a concert is not just an event, but also a meeting. The band emphasizes: “We’re preparing a special electroacoustic set where the songs will gain a more intimate, quieter, and emotionally rich sound.”

The concerts will feature songs from Kautkaili's critically and publicly acclaimed debut album “Personas kods”, as well as the upcoming mini-album “Where Silence Blooms”. The performance will blend melodies that lead into an undiscovered emotional realm with Kautkaili’s signature electronic elements and intelligent instrumental arrangements — all centered around the velvety, distinctive voice of lead singer Kristīne Pāže, who is increasingly recognized as one of the strongest voices in Latvian music.

Tickets are available at Biļešu Paradīze box offices and online!

In celebration of the tour announcement, the band is releasing one of the first acoustic original works by lead singer and songwriter Kristīne Pāže — “Where Silence Blooms.” Kristīne shares:

“At a time when ‘Kautkaili’ was still just a distant dream, this sensual song was created — it tells of the longing for inner peace, healing silence, and freedom. A reminder of how vital presence and an open mind truly are.”
This track is the first single from the upcoming acoustic mini-album.

Kautkaili is formed by musicians Kristīne Pāže, Didzis Bardo, and Krists Krūskops. The band fuses 90s Latvian alternative pop with global soul influences, but its true gem is singer-songwriter Kristīne, whose velvety voice and intelligent melodies lead listeners into a yet-unexplored emotional world.
