The new light installations, including adorable oversized bears and brightly illuminated stylized trees, give the LIDO Recreation Center a special Christmas atmosphere. These new decorations complement traditional ornaments, blending holiday spirit with fresh ideas and solutions. An impressive bear decoration, designed as a sparkling sphere featuring the LIDO logo, has already become a favorite photo spot, allowing visitors to capture their winter memories. The festive atmosphere extends indoors as well, with vibrant decorations creating a unified ambiance both inside and out. Every light and decorative element has been meticulously crafted to create an authentic Christmas mood for visitors.
The majestic Christmas tree, adorned with a 360-meter-long shimmering garland, 360 bright lights, and exquisite gold accents, serves as the central holiday symbol. Above the tree, a special light canopy spans the area with 2,400 meters of garlands, adding an elegant flair. Smaller, stylistically similar trees are placed throughout the Recreation Center, creating a cohesive and festive atmosphere.
The new holiday decorations create a magical festive ambiance that will delight both children and adults. The lighting incorporates the latest LED technology and energy-efficient elements, ensuring a bright and beautiful setup while reducing energy consumption, making the celebrations more environmentally friendly.
The Winter Residence opening event will take place at the LIDO Recreation Center’s ice rink on November 30, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Families with children are invited to enjoy attractions, games, and activities, and experience the joy of anticipating the holidays. Guests can also visit the Kukü Christmas gift and artisan market, featuring over 80 vendors. The market will offer a variety of holiday-appropriate products, including beautiful decorations, Advent wreaths, candles, and other accessories to create a special festive atmosphere at home. The evening will culminate in the lighting of the Christmas tree and a performance by the popular band MUSIQQ. The charismatic Māris Grigalis will host the event. Admission to the event is free.
