The song “STARS”, written in English, was created as a musical manifestation of love — powerful, sincere, and healing. Maksims emphasizes that art for him is not only a profession but also a lifestyle through which he can share what truly matters to him with his listeners and audience:

“Many people think actors find it easy to talk about emotions, but in reality, it’s a profession — a way we live through our own feelings, thoughts, pain, and joy through another character’s words. In music, I feel much freer — it helps me express my emotions more easily, deeply, and honestly.”

The idea for the song was born this summer, marking the beginning of a new creative collaboration with singer Una Stade (also known to Latvian audiences as a member of the group Latvian Voices), whom Maksims met during the popular TV show “Pārdziedi mani!”.

“After the show, we realized we share a similar musical language. We decided to create something new together. Huge thanks also to Patriks Tabaks, our mutual friend, who joined and helped bring this song to life.”

The music and lyrics of “STARS” were written by Maksims Busels and Una Stade, with Patriks Tabaks responsible for the arrangement and technical production.
