The album takes listeners on a modern indie music journey, combining pop, hip-hop, and rock elements. Each song began on a dusty acoustic guitar in the late hours. Every song on the album also has its own music video. The album's sound and visuals were crafted with input from specialists from Latvia, as well as the Netherlands, Canada, the USA, and Australia, and it features five guest performers. In addition to indie melodies, symphonic instruments frequently appear throughout the album.
"Imagined Story" follows the recently released singles "Jāiet Tālāk" ("Gotta Move On"), "Laimes Zeme" ("Land of Happiness"), "Kura No Tām" ("Which One"), and "Tev Jāpienāk Tuvāk" ("You Need to Come Closer"), which have been well received on Latvian radio stations and in media/online. The album has also received support from Red Bull Latviaand Virši.
The song’s creators and performers are Ervīns Ramiņš and Modris Apse (lead vocals), Tomass Saulietis (drums), Karlīne Anna Ērgle (background vocals). Modris Apse was responsible for production, lyrics, and sound engineering, while Josh Hart (Canada) handled mixing and mastering. The video direction and editing were also done by Modris Apse, and Sentis Skride served as the videographer.
