Reiks Releases New Single “Atzīstos” – His First Track Without Rap

On Monday, October 27, musician Reiks presents his new song “Atzīstos” — an emotionally open story about relationships and the strength to let someone go. This marks the artist’s first single without any rap parts.

“The song’s theme is separation. Often people, even after many years, can’t completely let someone go. This is my release. By diving deep into those inner emotions, processing the pain through the song, and talking about it with others, it might help to move on. I needed this song for myself, and I hope it will help someone else too,” shares Reiks.

Reiks wrote the song himself, with lyrical input from Arturas Bruke. “Without him, I wouldn’t have made it through,” adds Reiks. The track was produced by Krstofer Harris from the United Kingdom. Guitarist Kaspars Vizulis also played a key role in shaping the song and can be seen performing at Reiks’ upcoming concert at Palladium Riga on November 14.
