Hiphop star Rich The Kid to perform in Riga

Latvia’s summer hiphop concert program is getting even hotter: one of the brightest stars of the new generation of American rap, Rich The Kid, will perform at the Palladium concert hall on July 30. Rich The Kid’s track record includes hits in collaboration with Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Kodak Black, Future, and many other hiphop heavyweights, so expect no shortage of famous songs.

Inspired by hiphop pioneers like 2Pac and Jay-Z, Rich The Kid (real name Dimitri Leslie Roger) began his journey in the hiphop scene back in 2013. His debut full-length album The World Is Yours reached No. 2 on the Billboard 100 and was certified Gold, attracting both local and international attention. Singles like New Freezer (feat. Kendrick Lamar) and Plug Walk have become absolute fan favorites and modern classics.

Throughout his career, Rich The Kid has collaborated with hiphop heavyweights such as Playboi Carti, Ty Dolla $ign, and Kendrick Lamar, securing a strong and ever-growing position in the genre. His 2024 album Life’s a Gamble, created in collaboration with the producer collective ¥$ (Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign), continues his signature sound with even more powerful energy, featuring artists like Offset and Peso Pluma.
