The video was filmed at Cinevilla Studio, directed by Ritvars Bluka together with Jānis Skābo, and developed as an improvisation process, allowing the story to emerge on set while experimenting with shots and visual language.

The lyrics were written by the band’s vocalist Kristers Rudzītis, who emphasizes: “There is no real time or place — all we truly have is here and now.”
The music was produced and mixed by Arnis Račinskis, while the main character of the clip — the fortune teller — was portrayed by Ausma Anna Celmarauga. Director and cinematographer Ritvars Bluka comments on the filming: “Thanks to the band for their trust and joint improvisation. The video was created by experimenting and finding solutions on the spot. The shots speak for themselves, using a clear visual message that is easy to grasp, yet memorable and impactful.”
The new song and video mark another vivid milestone in the band’s creative journey, reaffirming their desire to combine powerful musical messages with visual storytelling that inspires listeners to focus on the moment “here and now.”
“Sub Scriptum” consists of Kristers Rudzītis (vocals), Maikls Drobins (bass), Alvis Kozuls (lead guitar), and Armands Runcis (drums). The creation of the video was supported by many — with special thanks to Cinevilla Studio and Andrejs Ēķis, costume rental “Sers” for the excellent outfits, photographer Rūdolfs Tutiņš for behind-the-scenes photos, and Keita Nikola Rasa for her support on set.
