This November 22, at Palladium concert hall, a powerful event will take place – the “Dubultslazds” concert, where two of Latvia’s hip-hop heavyweights – Ozols and Sudrabu Sirds – will share the same stage. The evening promises to be an explosion of energy and emotions, featuring both legendary rap classics and their latest hits. This concert will prove that Latvian rap is alive and continues to grow with untamed power.

Ozols is one of the pioneers and most influential rappers in Latvian hip-hop, active since the late 90s. His debut album “Cieņa un mīlestība” (Respect and Love, 2001) sparked a revolution in Latvian music, making hip-hop an essential part of local pop culture. Songs like “Stils”, “Rajons”, “Cīņa”, “1979” and many others have become classics, influencing several generations. With his unique vocal timbre and strong energy, Ozols has become one of the icons of Latvian rap and remains a key figure in the music scene today.
Sudrabu Sirds – a rapper who has become recognizable not only in rap culture but also in pop music. He has collaborated with artists such as Ozols, Deniss, Skutelis, Kaizers, and others. Sudrabu Sirds is known for his deep and personal lyrics that reflect inner struggles and the desire to be genuine. His standout songs – “Lidojam tik augstu”, “Vēlvienreiz” (both long-time chart leaders), as well as “Sinepes un Medus”, “Vēl vaig ieķert”, “Kāpēc mīlestība pastāv”, “Pif un Pow” and more – have become recognized tracks on the Latvian rap scene.
