All music and lyrics were written by the band members themselves — Elizabete Liepa, Lote Voiska, Rebeka Rēķe, Dāvids Kalniņš, and Kārlis Grīnbergs.
Describing their debut, the band says: “We’re offering not just songs, but a feeling — slightly melancholic, at times rebellious, but always honest. This is an album for those who remember what once was and reflect on what’s still to come.”

Production, mixing, and mastering of the album were handled by producer and band member Kārlis Grīnbergs. Speaking about the process, Kārlis shares:
“A musician's life demands burning eyes that lead toward an abstract vision, faith it will come true, and hope that you won’t burn out along the way. As a child, I saw this life as a utopia, but over the years, I’ve sometimes felt like a clown in an empty circus ring. I tried to pour into the album the feelings I’ve carried — from lying in a cradle to the moment I realized I’ve chosen to live like a performer, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.”
“Tante Gaida” has already proven themselves on stages across Latvia. This year, the band invites you to join them in celebrating life through concerts at various events throughout the country.
