The music video for the new single was created in collaboration with director and producer Elizabete Balode and cinematographer Kārlis Bergs. The director shares that both the song and the video are based on a simple, direct, yet beautiful idea: “I believe we’ve all been in such situations to some extent, so I tried to capture that visually through the video—something powerfully fragile with a big smile.”

The upcoming album Esība will feature songs written over a period of five years, with the artist sharing her personal experiences and reflections. Although the creative journey has been relatively long, TIPA reveals that through both bright and challenging moments, she has consistently sought beauty, peace, and authenticity in her music—which ultimately shapes the entire story. She also emphasizes that one is never truly alone on their journey, which is why the album includes collaborations with other Latvian musicians.

With the release of Esība, TIPA will also embark on a concert tour across Latvia. The first concert is scheduled for June 20 in “Pegaza Pagalms,” in Liepāja—her hometown.

TIPA has been active in music for several years, but gained broader recognition following her standout appearance on season 5 of the TV show X Faktors, where she finished in 4th place. In addition to her solo career, TIPA also contributes to other musicians' work. In her latest collaboration, her vocals and cello can be heard on rapper Ods' album Tavai zināšanai man viss labi.
