The music video features actors Elīna Bojarkina, Austra Elza Kalderauska, Karīna Laugale, Artūrs Biķernieks, as well as a special participant, the alpaca Charlie from “Rakši Zoo”. The videographer and editing director is Harijs Blāze, and the video’s idea and direction were created by Toms Kalderauskis himself.

“This song is very special to me, to my often sad soul, which I’ve tried so hard to hide. It took time until I realized what I truly wanted to convey through my music, and now I believe and feel that with this song, I’m on the right path. Sometimes, it’s important to be a little sad so that we can be truly honest with ourselves,” says Kalderauskis about his first self-penned song, which is also a prelude to his upcoming debut album.

The music for the song was written by Toms Kalderauskis, with the lyrics by Toms Kalderauskis and Kate Elpo. The song’s musical arrangement was made by studio producer JL Kalmann. The recording features Lāsma Vītola (violin), Erna Daugaviete (cello), Matīss Žilinskis (piano), Sigvards Dižais (drums), Julianna Tīruma, Austra Elza Kalderauska, and Jēkabs Ludvigs Kalmanis (backing vocals), with the mix and mastering done by producer Roberts Memmēns.

Toms Kalderauskis first introduced himself to the pop music stage in 2017 with the song “We Won’t Back Down”. This song was followed by 7 studio singles, participation in various music competitions, graduation from the jazz department at the Jāzeps Vītols Riga Music School, and currently, he works as a full-time musical theater actor in productions such as “GALMS [pa]GALMĀ”, “RENT”, “SFINKSA”, “Kaupēn, mans mīļais”, “Agrā Rūsa”, “Lāčplēsis”, and others.
