“We want to deliver a proper show that will stay long in the memory of both the listeners and ourselves. Since our last solo concert at Palladium, we’ve experienced many amazing moments, including wonderful performances, awards, and new releases. At VEF Kvartāls, we want to host a grand celebration in honor of all of this. This summer, we stepped onto the main stages of festivals for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Still, at festivals, compromises are often necessary to make the most of 45 minutes. It feels like we didn’t manage to show ourselves in full—on November 7 at VEF Kvartāls we definitely will. The evening will delight both fans of their biggest hits and true connoisseurs of Wiesulis & sangvn’s work, who haven’t heard some of their favorite tracks live for a long time. In addition, the night will include more than just Wiesulis & sangvn’s performance—opening the event with atmosphere will be galaktik, followed by one of the hottest names in today’s local hip-hop scene, Marko, warming up the stage for the main act.

Wiesulis & sangvn are a Latvian rapper–producer duo who began their collaboration in 2021 with singles Savā Joslā and Sprāgst!. Their 2022 debut album Fianchetto quickly drew attention from genre listeners and earned a nomination at the Zelta Mikrofons awards for “Best Hip-Hop Album.” Their second album, En Prise (2024), went on to win the award. The duo have performed on Latvia’s largest festival stages and sold out their first solo concert at Palladium in 2024.

At the first GAMMA awards ceremony, Wiesulis was named Hip-Hop Artist of the Year, while both artists jointly received the award for “Author or Songwriting Collective of the Year.” In the summer of 2025, Wiesulis released a new EP titled 500 mezgli, which, like En Prise, quickly climbed Latvia’s most-streamed charts. With each release, the duo seeks new sounds and heights, constantly raising the bar for quality.
